Worst case, you should be able to set up a new temporary account, then log out of that and back in to your original account. I'd suggest your best first stop is your operator's support team - if this is a pre-installed app, ask them what you're supposed to do; it will at least alert them that there's an issue with the app and the device. However, after finishing registration of the new account, I cannot find any way to "log out" from the phone app. Unlike the version on my home and work computers where my username appears on the top left and a drop down menu provides an option to "sigh out" I cannot find anyway to do that on my phone.
