Feature Request: change font for individual notes (more than default)

I think it would be a good idea to implement a feature where we could change the font on individual notes to more than the standard set

If I'm understanding your question correctly. you can change the font by highlighting text and then changing it.  We don't currently support templates but you can always duplicate a note that is set up this way and then continue using that font.  You can duplicate a note by clicking on it and using the Copy to Notebook feature and simply copy it back to the same notebook.  Hopefully this helps.
