Is there an easy way to find "local" notebooks

The only way I can determine if a notebook is local non-sync'd is to: 

• click on the Notebooks topic in the left panel
  1. select the first notebook in the list
  2. click on settings to the right side for the notebook
  3. verify the type
  4. move to the second notebook in the list and repeat

 

Is there a search term that will find all the local non-sync'd notebooks?

My current Windows Beta shows this on the notebooks list -

 

 

Which may be another one of those 'OS is greener' things,  or a sign that things are changing...
