View notes at root of stack only? Notes in sub-notebooks hidden.

Recommended Posts

When I have a stack, is it possible to click on the name of the stack and NOT see all of the notes that are in sub-notebooks?

I only want to see notes that are at the root of the stack and not organized into sub-notebooks...until I click on that sub-notebook.

Notes don't live in stacks, they only live in notebooks.

OK - I guess I misspoke - I mean the root notebook that has sub-notebooks.

Still confused - a Stack is not a notebook and doesn't have roots.  Notebooks can't have sub-notebooks.  Click on a stack and you'll see all the notes in all the notebooks in that stack.  Click on a member notebook of the stack and you'll see just those notes.
