chapin31 0 Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 I'm brand new to Evernote - have gone through the guide trying to figure out how to record an audio file in the app (or on the desktop, for that matter). Every instruction says to "click on the microphone icon on the formatting tool bar." Can't find a microphone anywhere on the app or on the desktop. I'm sure I must be overlooking something, because it seems like it should be a very easy matter to figure out. Help! Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,664 Posted October 6, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted October 6, 2015 Hi. Some of those guides are a bit dated - in the Windows desktop app try the 'New Note' button (there's an arrow next to it) and choose 'Audio Note'. Ctrl-Shift-U should also work... Link to comment
