brayheart 1 Posted October 4, 2015 Share Posted October 4, 2015 Hi all, I've been hearing a lot of good things about evernote as a note taking application and decided to give it a go. For some reason I can download it on my android 5s but cant open it at all. It doesnt appear on my phone and when I go to the google play store the only option I have is to uninstall it. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they were able to fix it. I appreciate any feed back! Link to comment

I'd suggest you uninstall and reinstall the app - only having the 'uninstall' option suggests it's installed correctly, but apparently you're missing the home screen icon. It might be possible to long-press the home screen and look for an Evernote Widget, which would give you access, but if in doubt, reinstall. THat seems to fix 99.99% of all app issues...
