stefano coppola 0 Posted September 30, 2015 Author Share Posted September 30, 2015 yes, I've tried all these things...I read this error into the registry 2015-09-30 07:51:46 ERROR [1 ] - Mail module resize browsers errorSystem.InvalidOperationException: Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute. at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowInvalidOperationException(ExceptionResource resource) at EvernoteOLRDClipper.UI.Modules.MailViewModuleControl.ResizeBrowsers() does it helpful to see the problem? Level 5* gazumped 11,638 Posted September 30, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 30, 2015 If you've already tried all of the standard fixes, then I think you need to talk to Evernote - Basic users don't get email support, (except for bug reports, or payment / account access issues) but if you're Plus or Premium submit a request by choosing the appropriate option in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.actionAll users can contact Twitter @EvernotehelpsIn either case include the forum thread URL for extra background.Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.
