AngieC418 0
I have a project that I am going to ask someone to assist with. I am going to grant this person permission to access and add/edit one of my notebooks. I need her to create several notes under that notebook. Once she is done, I would like to revoke her access/permission. Will the notes she created remain in the notebook although she no longer has the rights to it? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,772 Posted September 29, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 29, 2015 Hi. If they're created in your account, the notes will stay there. If you're working on an important project I'd recommend that you keep regular backups of your notes - this is the Windows version, but you can find other OS's in the knowledge base - https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#/article/23186097 Edit: Note that your assistant won't be able to create tags - only the account owner can do that.
