Can't add new note without it populating data from another user

When I try to add a new note, instead of a blank page like I used to get, I get a 10 page document that was put in by someone else in the shared notebooks.  When I click on any of my notes this same document comes up at the top of all of my notes.  How can I get rid of it?

Hi.  Try logging out of Evernote and then back in to clear old shared notes - is the person who added this 10-page document still sharing with you?  Are you setting up notes in the same notebook?

Hi,

I have tried logging out several times, still does the same thing.  We are using shared notebooks, but have been for years and this is the first time this has happened.  There was an update done on Thursday, could that have caused the problem?

Hmmn.  If this has only just started happening it does seem likely - I'd suggest you try the support request link in my signature and/ or tweet @EvernoteHelps to see if Evernote can come up with some suggestions.
