Clicking a note -> 2 secs freeze

Hi, 

 

Since the last update, today I have a new issue with Evernote freezing for a few seconds even when I just click to position the curser in a note. While evernote is frozen, task manager shows 25% CPU consumption (see attached picture).

 

 

The note has 75000 characters, no tables and only simple formatting + an attached 13.3KB .xls file.

 

I would appreciate you guys taking a look at it, since it's very time consuming working in this not with all the delays.
