But today I was NOT able to open it up. I downloaded the new update a couple of days ago. But today it is not opening!! I uninstalled it , restarted my computer, then re-installed it again from the website and it is still not opening. Someone help me please!! Link to comment

Level 5* CalS 5,310 Posted September 17, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 17, 2015 Did you use something like Revo Uninstaller to remove EN the first time? If not, I would recommend uninstalling EN with Revo, rebooting, and then reinstalling EN. Sometimes bits get left during an uninstall that Revo handles better. Other than that, not sure what it might be. Link to comment

But if it looks like the download of revo is being blocked you have to determine why. Can you download other things?
