I started work with evernote yesterday, free version.I put notes there, but today some of my notes are with white text ( I cant put with other colour ) and in some I don`t have the information I paste. Evernote seems to work pretty well for most users and you may just be having some problems getting used to the app. I'd suggest you have a look at the knowledge base and the "getting started" pages, and if you're still having problems give us some more details...
