Always good to know what device and OS you're using - and in this case; have you tried other email addresses to see if it's objecting to the format or content of this specific address? Try selecting all the content of the address box and deleting it, then re-entering carefully to make sure you don't have a rogue space or period causing the issue... Link to comment
