Can't email out of Evernote --help!

I'm a new user and have created a note, clicked the share button and entered a valid Australian email address. I get an error message saying it's not a valid email address. what am I doing wrong?

Hi.  Always good to know what device and OS you're using - and in this case;  have you tried other email addresses to see if it's objecting to the format or content of this specific address?  Try selecting all the content of the address box and deleting it,  then re-entering carefully to make sure you don't have a rogue space or period causing the issue...
