jtoddddd 0 Posted September 15, 2015 Share Posted September 15, 2015 I've been successfully using scannable for almost a year now. Yesterday, the email feature stopped working. I get all the way to the email screen and I can't type in the address box. I can cancel it and return to the previous screen. All of the other features appear to be working.help please?!? I'd suggest going to Twitter and @EvernoteHelps initially - see what they say... Link to comment
kgg 75 Posted September 15, 2015 Share Posted September 15, 2015 @jtodddd, If you haven't tried any basic troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend that first esp. restarting the app and phone. If that doesn't help, could you let me know if you are you able to save the files to another location? Link to comment
