If I go to my acct. via the Evernote web page, all my notes are there but clicking on the Evernote icon on my Mac's task bar brings me to an empty evernote screen that displays only 10 notes I recently added to my Inbox. It's as if it thinks I only joined in the last couple of weeks, with thousands of notes missing. And syncing makes no difference. thanks. Link to comment

vicar armstrong 0 Posted September 16, 2015 Author Share Posted September 16, 2015 Gazumped, thanks for your response. Version 6.1, which was updated just a week ago via the App store. Now, my iPhone Evernote app works fine and it says "evernote 7.7.10.316568". Link to comment

Level 5* gazumped 11,665 Posted September 20, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 20, 2015 Hi again - sorry for a short silence.. the 'only a few notes visible after an update' syndrome has - I think - been reported a few times and may be a problem with the latest release. If you're a premium user I'd suggest a support request; if not, try Twitter and @EvernoteHelps. If you don't have any local (unsynced) notebooks or recently updated and unsynced notes, you could try to uninstall/ reinstall using the latest download from Evernote.com but short term I don't know whether that will help you..
