Adding Removing User in Business Account - Price

We have a business account. We are integrating it the business account with our application . We came across a test case where we want to make sure that Remove User from Business Account in order to check that the removed user should not get access to Business NoteBook. So our question is that if we remove one user and add it back after the testing. Will it cost us any money?


In business admin console panel we noticed that "Add users at any time. Your card will be charged immediately if your total active user count increases" . So if we delete one user and add that user back than the total active user count will be the same.

Adding a new user to your business will charge your card on file automatically, even if your total active users remains the same. However we are happy to refund the charge since the user was removed/added for testing purposes. I am going to convert this into a support ticket in our ticketing system and will be back in touch shortly!

Thank you for your immediate response !!! When can we delete the user and add it back again after testing. Please let us know the procedure to get refund back.
