Shared notebook can't be opened

I use Evernote with my students, and ask them to share a Science Notebook with me, which gives me access to their notes. This worked perfectly last year, but this year it won't. Kids who shared their notebook with me show up in my Work Chats, but the links are not clickable. They show up blue and make the "hand" cursor, but nothing happens when clicked. I have not found any workarounds, and have tried restarting.
