Jewseboy 0 Posted September 9, 2015 Share Posted September 9, 2015 I can sync evernote on my laptop and android phone but I cant sync on windows 7 desktop. Cant connect to server error. Once I sign out I cant sign back in "can't connect to server . Please try again" error. If I try to reset password via client it says "can't connect to server . Please try again" error. I can log in via web interface and its all synched up I cant attach my activity log it says im not permitted Link to comment

(Open Evernote first and go to Tools > Options to check the location of your database folder. Copy that folder to your desktop as a backup, just in case...) Link to comment

Check out Evernote's Knowledge Base article on this - https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23168822 If that fails, Basic users don't get email support, but if you're Plus or Premium submit a request by choosing the appropriate option in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action (include the forum thread URL for extra background) All users can use Twitter @EvernotehelpsPremium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.You'll get an acknowledgement screen and an email by return, both showing a ticket number.
