Evernote Desktop cant sync Windows 7

I can sync evernote on my laptop and android phone but I cant sync on windows 7 desktop.

 

Cant connect to server error.

 

Once I sign out I cant sign back in "can't connect to server . Please try again" error.

 

If I try to reset password via client it says "can't connect to server . Please try again" error.

 

I can log in via web interface and its all synched up

 

I cant attach my activity log it says im not permitted

Thanks for the reply but I already checked this out and this didnt solve the problem

OK - try uninstall / restart / reinstall as administrator?

 

(Open Evernote first and go to Tools > Options to check the location of your database folder.  Copy that folder to your desktop as a backup,  just in case...)

reinstall as administrator and still same error cant connect

If that fails,  Basic users don't get email support,  but if you're Plus or Premium submit a request by choosing the appropriate option in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action (include the forum thread URL for extra background)

You'll get an acknowledgement screen and an email by return,  both showing a ticket number.  If you don't have a ticket number,  the report hasn't been received.
