Question regarding work chat in evernote premium

Hello All,

 

       I have a question regards to Evernote Premium Feature *Work Chat*

 

       'if i buy evernote premium and wanted to start work chat with my colleague does he necessary to have an evernote premium account too. or he just can use my invite have the chat started.'.

        Thanks for confirming. I'm planning to buy Evernote premium to replace all my distributed office contents. at one place (Evernote).
