Joey DiMare 0
I'm trying to make sure a notebook is not shared. How would I go about this? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,766 Posted September 7, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 7, 2015 Hi. Sharing a notebook with one or more others requires specific actions on your part. Call the notebook something like NOT_SHARED_<your title> if you need a reminder not to do that... Link to comment

But if you want to see what notebooks you've shared (if any), click on (double click on Windows) your "Notebooks" icon in the Left Panel... this will open up a Notebook menu, which overlays where your Note List and Note Panel would normally be. If you expand your stacks, you'll be able to see which notebooks are shared if they have a shared icon of 3 heads... kind of like the election propaganda here in Brazil: Also, if you have a Local Notebook (or move the contents into one), it cannot be shared.
