VAKS 0
I know that Evernote syncs and refreshes regularly, which I can see when I have the app open. But is there a way to receive notifications when a shared note is edited by another user? Desktop, email, anything that would prompt a user to go check the app? In Google docs, you can receive notifications when something is changed, and I can't figure out similar functionality in Evernote. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,072 Posted September 11, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 11, 2015 Hi. Sorry, but no. Users will see the latest version of the note when they read it, but they won't be prompted to go and read the latest information. The only way to keep everyone in touch is to send out some sort of message to a mailing list. Link to comment
Level 5* phils 220 Posted May 22, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted May 22, 2016 @VAKS To receive notifications when shared notes are edited, you might want to check out our new SureNotifier service. While we initially supported only Evernote Business notes, we've just expanded the service to report on all shared notes, Business and Personal. Link to comment
