Nearly every time I open Evernote on my iPhone, I accidently push the record button, due to its placement directly over the device's home button.
I would like to suggest either moving it to the far left bottom of the screen, or at the top with the other action buttons. Even a drawer that pops out from the side would be a better solution, IMHO.
