RJB_ 0
I just accidentally hit "Copy" instead of "Open With..." and all of my scans seem to have disappeared. Um, where did they get copied TO? I'd like them back. Link to comment
kgg 75
Tapping on "Copy" will copy the image to the phone's clipboard so you can paste the image to another location. After tapping on "Copy" do you recall if you tapped on "Done" or "Share again"? "Done" will clear the tray in Scannable while "Share again" will keep the scans in the tray. Once the tray has been cleared it is not possible to recover those images. Link to comment
RJB_ 0
I tapped nothing else. Just "Copy" and all 72 scans instantly disappeared from screen. Link to comment
kgg 75
Could you provide a screenshot of what you see after tapping on "Copy"? I see the following screen: Link to comment
RJB_ 0
Not now, it's gone! (And I don't have my ipad at the office, anyway) It went straight from "Copy" to the ready-to-scan screen, and everything in the tray was gone. Link to comment

"Copy" implies it is going to copy the scans to a file somewhere. How about letting us know that it will copy to the cliipboard? Maybe calling the 'copy' button 'copy to clipboard'? That woulda been nice Link to comment
kgg 75
@BrianJF, I agree the Copy option is a little fuzzy as it only saves temporarily to the clipboard; I passed that feedback along to our development team a few weeks ago. We can't change the name of the Copy button itself since this is an iOS functionality but I do think a warning message and a "Copied to clipboard" on the Done/Share Again screen would be helpful. kgg 75
Scannable 2.1 is now available and includes a "Recents" section that should mitigate this issue going forward. Learn more. Link to comment
