Mkmiki 0
Hello, I've been using Evernote Helper every day. But one day it stoped working. It's been a few updates since this day. Also I tried some reinstallation and nothing helped. I have Evernote icon on menu bar, but when I click on it, this appear: and I don't know what does it mean. Thanks for some advice. Link to comment

To reinstall the app, see Evernote KB Article: How do I uninstall and reinstall Evernote [App]? Link to comment

Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted August 23, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted August 23, 2015 Sorry none of those actions fixed your issue. So, you may want to submit a bug report. I recommend that everyone who experiences a bug to submit a bug report. This will make sure that Evernote is aware of the issue, provide your environment data to help identify/fix the issue, and put more pressure on Evernote to fix. Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG: " to make it clear. Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners. Other Ticket types available to Free users are "Data Loss", "Crash", & "Sync Issue", "Payment/Billing Issue", and "Log in issues". Link to comment
