The browser add-on clippers aren't in the software you downloaded - they're a free add-on to most browsers.  Check in your browser's add-ons store to download.

Yes, web clipper is included in all account plans.


You may need to sync and/or sign out / sign in  to your EN Win app before it sees the upgrade.

You should be able to confirm  using the EN Web client at Evernote.com. and then selecting "Account Settings" in the menu dropdown under your name in the top right corner.


If you still don't see the upgrade, then you can:

  1. Submit a support ticket, choosing "Billing Issue".
  2. Once you receive the auto-reply with ticket number, post here.

Submit a  EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Payment/Billing Issue"

Ticket types available to Free users are "Bug Report, Data Loss", "Crash",  "Sync Issue", "Payment/Billing Issue", and  "Log in issues".
