jeffweiss9 1
I just replaced my lost cell phone with a new Galaxy Grand Prime, however, my Evernote account is screwed up and I'm trying to get it back. Somehow I apparently have two Evernote accounts under two different email addresses; the gmail address of the android and the email address that I actually use for email. The gmail address account has all my notes when log into it on my desktop. However, the Evernote account that got set up on my Android (GOOD) is the other one (std email address) that has NO notes in it (BAD). HOW DO I GET RID OF THE BAD ACCOUNT ON MY ANDROID AND GET ANDROID TO CONNECT TO THE GOOD ACCOUNT so I can get all my notes back on the new Android? Thanks very much.Jeff Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 9,536 Posted August 20, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted August 20, 2015 Hi. Try logging out of the wrong account and then into the right one. EN Android > Settings > Account info > Sign Out. Link to comment
jeffweiss9 1
Thanks a million. That worked. I searched but couldn't find the logoff. But I don't think I ever even looked in Account info.-Jeff Link to comment
