Multiple phone icons appear after a phone number

When I put a phone number into Evernote (web) I see a string of phone icons that seems to keep growing.

 

Any ideas?

Hi.  Do you have an internet chat app installed or any other software that will dial phone numbers?  AFAIK that icon is not connected with Evernote.  What happens if you click it?  (I'd recommend testing with your own phone number,  just in case...)
