If there are pictures in the note(s), the OCR from any text that the system sees - which may or may not actually be text - is a cloud of possibilities. "House" might also be associated with "horse" or "hearsay". Same goes for any document OCR'd by Evernote - the translation may not be full or correct and may result in false hits. This is a feature of any large database, and a reason why there's an ongoing need to manage the content and change tags / headings / content to avoid too many false positives. Link to comment
