EN Clipper in Chrome not working

I run Win 7 Professional edition. 

 

Just today, my EN Chrome Web Clipper has started acting very wonky:

 

1. Would not clip certain webpages, gave a message "Can't clip this website. Please reload the page and try again". When I did so, got same message.

2. When I was able to activate the clipper on a page, it didn't give me the options of what kind of a clip I wanted but defaulted to full page clip mode.

 

I uninstalled the extension and reloaded it. This solved the problem for about 30 minutes, at which time, the same symptoms described above surfaced.

 

I reported the problem via EN Twitter.

 

Any one else experiencing similar issues? Suggestions?
