Share note in Windows: gmail address book integration inconsistent.

If I share my note on Windows using this option:

 

 

then the list of contacts from my gmail address book shows up all right:

 

 

but if I use this other option

:

 

then my list of contacts is not retrived:

 

 

I find this behavior inconsistent: all the screenshots above were taken from Evernote on Windows.
