boyband3ext 1 Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 After upgraded windows 8.1 to windows 10.My desktop evernote not response for editting and creating new note.When i'm click to work space for edit or create new note is non respond every time.But, i still can edit and create only with Evernote touch. I have plus version of evernote, when i used with win 8.1 its can edit and create normally.My PC is surface 3 with 4GB ram, run on windows 10 64-bit. thank you. Link to comment

If I read your note correctly, you can add notes with the touch version but not the regular Windows version? Link to comment
boyband3ext 1 Posted August 9, 2015 Author Share Posted August 9, 2015 yes, i can add note with touch but can't add with evernote desktop version.i've try to uninstall and reinstall it but its still nonresponse while i'm try to add new note. i can view and search my note but when i try to add or edit note its non response everytime. Krunoslav 197 Posted August 11, 2015 Share Posted August 11, 2015 I had this problem too. Had to reinstall the Evernote and start from scratch. Used Revo Uninstaller http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.htmlto clean up everything and manually removed Evernote database or catalog file and let Evernote after fresh install - re-index everything. That solved the issues. But its a hassle since my catalog is over 5 GB. Link to comment
