There's an Evernote widget in the Play store - install that and you can choose a list widget that will display various items on your home page including a specified notebook. Otherwise go to the notebook screen for that notebook and check the three dots menu. There's an option to send a shortcut to the home screen so you can open the notebook directly. Link to comment
