ColinT 14
Has anyone else noticed saving a PDF or webpage using the iOS version results in a blank note (or, in the case of a webpage, sometimes a link)? Attempt to do the same thing from the Mac and no problem. Any clues? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,516 Posted July 27, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted July 27, 2015 Hi. It's possible to search for the source of a note - try > source:mobile* < to list all your iOS-saved notes. You can fix any missing content in that list on a desktop, but why there should be anything missing I don't know. If it is a problem you should submit a support request, or at least a bug report - submit a bug/ lost data report by choosing "report a bug..." in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action - or reach out on Twitter @Evernotehelps (include the forum thread URL for extra background) Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.
