kevin kao 0 Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 hello, i am from taiwan.i have a problem about the payment.i start evernote and i want to upgrade my license to professional user.when i type my credit card detail on the form.i press yes and the program show me that there's a problem with my card.but when i call the bank, they said there isn't any mistake. i try another credit card still have the same problem.i have search on the internet. there are a lot of people have this kind of problem.please tell me how to solve it . thanks

Message back your ticket number and I'll help with further investigation Make sure you include information such as how you are trying to pay, what kind of card you are paying with, etc. in the support ticket.
