doclock07 0 Posted July 23, 2015 Share Posted July 23, 2015 having problems with my ScanSnap EN edition - the manager app is not staying active on my desktop and when I press the scan button, the green light flashes and then goes solid and noting happens. If I open the scan manager app, then press the button, the scanner will scan. Just applied latest Microsoft security update and fear that something in there may be causing a bug with the scanner? Also, when it does scan, the document is not showing up in EN anywhere. Thoughts? Link to comment
