How to create/assign tag to content when saving a clip?

Greeting all,

I just began using evernote and the clipping plugin for firefox.  Is there not a way i can assign tags or at least choose a notebook or some way to organize what i am saving as i am saving it? I really want to choose a tag or something when i save it, not later.
