can't open notes and notebooks

Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.

 
There's no obvious reason why you might be unable to see some notebooks on the PC - have you updated Evernote recently?  It may help if you uninstall and reinstall the app.  Make sure you backup your database first.

Hi.  More information required please - what OS?  What device?  How are you attempting to open a new note?  What exactly happens when you do that?  (Screen grabs may help...)
