cwbroadfoot 1 Posted July 1, 2015 Share Posted July 1, 2015 The Evernote add-in used to appear on the tool bar of Microsoft Outlook 2013 but now it does not for some reason. I am a premium account holder and tried downloading Evernote again but with no success. Help! Link to comment

There are a few issues with a new Clipper in Outlook - https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/85481-outlook-clipper-error/ - but as you'll see Evernote are working on this. In the meantime to 'refresh' the Outlook clipper, in some cases all that's necessary is to restart Outlook. If that doesn't work..Uninstall Evernote Restart system Exit Outlook (and IE if it's in use) Reinstall Evernote as Administrator Restart Outlook Link to comment
