I was using the web clipper for the past few months & have been using the "Clip rectangle or window" quite extensively to capture screenshots. After saving my notes to Evernote, I realised that none of the screenshots were saved and they are replaced by "�EN_ATTACHMENT�". The same situation happened when I logged on to evernote.com. Is it possible to retrieve those screenshots? Those screenshots are vital for future projects & I'm willing to upgrade to premium if it helps. I am currently running Os x yosemite 10.10.3 & Google Chrome Version 43.0.2357.124 (64-bit) Thanks! Link to comment
jbignert 473 Posted June 30, 2015 Share Posted June 30, 2015 Are you using the Chrome extension Web Clipper or the Mac client clipper? By your description it sounds like you are using the Mac client clipper that is accessed from OSX top application bar. If that's correct you should move this topic to the Mac forum where you'd get better answers. Link to comment
