Last line of a note not displaying in Evernote for Apple Watch

Has anyone noticed that, even when a note's length is within the Apple Watch word limit, the last line of a note (ie the text that sits between the note's last hard carriage return and the end of the note) that is synced between Evernote for iOS and the Apple Watch, does not seem to appear in the version of the note that is displayed on the Apple Watch? If so, does anyone know how to avoid this problem (other than ensuring the important part of any note you want to see on an Apple Watch precedes the omitted area of the note).
