Collapse all stacks in shortcuts

This seems to be a new feature in a recent update, where each time Evernote opens all stacks in the shortcut panel expand. Very annoying, as I use stacks and shortcuts a lot, and this means a list that's much harder to scan.

 

Is there a way to collapse all stacks in the Shortcuts panel, and ideally to set a preference so this doesn't happened at all?
