Notebook Export

I can't find the menu option to export a notebook in Evernote for Mac 6.0.13. According to this support note, an Export Notebook option is supposed to present itself when you right-click a notebook. However, when I right-click on a notebook, the Export Notes menu option is absent. The only options are Share, Publish, Settings, and Delete.

 

Does anyone know how to export a notebook?

OK, found the option by sheer luck. Right-clicking on the notes listed in the left panel does not present the Export Notebook option. Instead, you need to left-click on Notebooks display the notebooks as icons in the main window and then right-click the notebook of your choice. A whole slew of options appears.

Yeah, terrible UI, huh?

 

For some unknown (inexcusable) reason, Evernote decided about a year ago or so to remove most of the context (right-click) functionality from the items in the Left Panel.  I can't imagine what possible benefit this could be.
