Disappeared account



My account completely disappeared. I tried to register a new account with my previous email. It works, which means my previous account and note data are all gone. My email address is lingjun@gse.upenn.edu

Sorry to hear about this apparent loss.


First suggestion is:  this is a public user forum,  so please remove your email address from the post above - you'll add a ton of spam to your problems otherwise.


Second:  we're not Support.  Please submit a support request by choosing "login/account access issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action - or reach out on Twitter @Evernotehelps (include the forum thread URL for extra background)


If you re-registered as a premium user you'll also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click7 'continue' on the support page after logging in.


When you get a ticket number,  please post it back here - one of the forum Admins may be able to have a look at the issue for you.
