Premium Purchase, no download

I purchased the premium evernote, and I received my receipt of purchase but the premium doesn't appear in my Evernote.  I have sent several notes to support, and the only response I received was a response stating that they were sorry I was deactivating my account, which I'm not, I'm trying to find out how to get the premium package I payed for installed.  I love Evernote and that's why I purchased the premium package.  Can anyone help?

Hi.  Try restarting Evernote - File > Exit out,  then restart and log back in.  If that doesn't work please post whatever ticket number(s) you received from Evernote here,  and we'll ask an Evernote admin to have a look at the situation for you.  You can continue to use your account for the meantime - you just won't have access to the additional premium features.
