jdunnuck 0 Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 I purchased the premium evernote, and I received my receipt of purchase but the premium doesn't appear in my Evernote. I have sent several notes to support, and the only response I received was a response stating that they were sorry I was deactivating my account, which I'm not, I'm trying to find out how to get the premium package I payed for installed. I love Evernote and that's why I purchased the premium package. Can anyone help? Link to comment

If that doesn't work please post whatever ticket number(s) you received from Evernote here, and we'll ask an Evernote admin to have a look at the situation for you. You can continue to use your account for the meantime - you just won't have access to the additional premium features. Link to comment
