Has your iOS app been updated recently? 7.7.6 came out at the end of May - if you have updated that might explain a sudden and total disappearance, but it seems unlikely that the shortcuts would up and disappear for no reason. You could try uninstall / reinstall to see if they reappear - and check on a desktop / via EN Web to see if they have vanished from your account, or just from iOS devices. Link to comment
