Herbie 12 Posted May 28, 2015 Share Posted May 28, 2015 Hi, Sometimes when editing an Evernote I find that if I select text / right click / and choose Copy, it may delete the text so I cannot paste it, and I have to re-type it (or worse, try to get it back somehow). Link to comment

I am not sure if it has ever happened on my Windows8 PC Every time since I posted , it is working fine on chromebook and PC but as I said it was not happening every time. I am pretty sure I was selecting Copy rather than Cut but I will be super careful in future. The right click context menus are the same as yours. Link to comment

Maybe it would be easier, less error prone, to just use CTRL+C to copy selected text.CTRL+Z should undo any mistakes. Link to comment
