But it seems like these info couldn‘t be refreshed automatically after I had added some new contacts in outlook.So how to make these info up-to-date in work chat?2. Level 5* gazumped 9,827 Posted May 30, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted May 30, 2015 There's no way that I can see (yet) in either EN Windows or EN Web to break or change the chat connection to Outlook. Is it new entries in the address book that don't make it to chat, or does that include changes to email addresses too? Link to comment
