How to update the contact info from outlook.

I have two questions about work chat:

1.I imported my contact list from outlook when I used work chat at the first time. But it seems like these info couldn‘t be refreshed automatically after I had added some new contacts in outlook.

So how to make these info up-to-date in work chat?

2. How to delete these contact info in work chat?

There's no way that I can see (yet) in either EN Windows or EN Web to break or change the chat connection to Outlook.  Is it new entries in the address book that don't make it to chat,  or does that include changes to email addresses too?
