Monthly Basic data 60 megs

Just started using evernote and have a ?  the 60 megs data usage monthly, does it reset monthly and add another 60 megs to the account?  so in a year the account can have a max 720 megs?

You got it.

It's the upload limit on the Basic account.

...and remember it's a limit,  not a target;  if you exceed 60MB Bad Things Can Happen - lost clips / frozen account / general mayhem - so stop at maybe 75% of the limit to allow edits of existing notes and general maintenance.  If you need to keep clipping and noting,  you can set up a Local Notebook.  That's not synced to the web,  lives only on your computer,  and is exempt from the 60MB limit.  Stash your notes there until you get to the day before reset,  then move enough of the 'local' notes into a synced notebook to soak up as much of your limit as you have left.

Evernote Knowledge Base has a lot of knowledge

 

To create a local notebook:

• Evernote for Mac: Click File > New Notebook > Local Notebook
• Evernote for Windows: Click File > New Notebook > New Local Notebook

It isn't possible to change a notebook's type after you've created it.
