kdeemer 10
I am scanning handwritten journals into Evernote using Scannable and my iPhone. It does a good job of recognizing the page area to be scanned and sizes most pages identically. But, every once in a while, one of the scans is rendered much wider than the others, causing me to have to rescan the whole batch. Why is this happening? Link to comment
rdschultz 0
I have the same problem. In scanning multi-page documents, several pages are huge, others are normal size. Any idea what is causing this? Please fix! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,066 Posted August 31, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted August 31, 2015 Hi. If you are having problems I'd suggest you save an example scan and submit a bug report + picture via Twitter so Evernote can see what type of document is causing this issue. Make sure the documents are copied in good light on a contrasting background so the app can capture the document properly - it may be having problems getting the edge of a page, hence the oversize pictures...
