Unable to Decrypt Text

I just restarted using Mac and Iphone.  I am unable to decrypt any text on either my Mac (Yosimite) or my Iphone (IOS 8.x) that was encrypted on a Windows machine (started in XP I believe).  A search on the forums showed this issue all the way back in 2008. 

Is this an ongoing issue.  Is there a fix?

I have not seen this issue reported recently.  You might start troubleshooting by confirming that you can still decrypt the text in EN Win.

Of course, make sure you are using the same passcode on all devices.

 

If the issue persists, then you may want to Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG:  " to make it clear.  Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners.  Other Ticket types available to Free users are "Data Loss", "Crash", & "Sync Issue".
